• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand goals and challenges.
• Test internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing.
• Deliver insights through analysis and discussion with the team and clients.
• Help manage staffing, billing/collections and client profitability targets.
• Network to build relationships internally and externally.
• Invest in professional development and participate in firm programs.
