Leoforce in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead complex engagements within a growing public accounting practice. You will oversee planning, execution, and reviews, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

The ideal candidate brings CPA credentials, 5+ years of public accounting, and proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience leading audit engagements and reviewing staff work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete complex audit engagements with limited supervision.
• Take ownership of client projects from planning through completion.
• Review senior-level audit work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate and presentation-ready.
• Assist with budgeting and timelines for engagements.
• Monitor progress and budgets of engagements.
• Communicate potential issues to firm leadership.
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
• Coordinate projects with other departments.
