Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Illinois bar in good standing; 2+ years of law firm experience.
• Exposure to FDA regulations or regulatory/commercial law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior attorneys on legal operations and contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and manage contract lifecycle.
• Support regulatory compliance matters including FDA labeling and marketing materials.
• Provide practical legal analysis to internal stakeholders.
