Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in day-to-day operations, hiring and developing staff.
• Guide faculty supervisors on HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Evaluate processes and improve efficiency; lead immediate unit improvements.
• Analyze staffing, facilities, health and safety, finance and admin needs.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with university guidelines.
• Manage the department's annual budget across all funding sources.
• Coordinate grants and contracts; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Represent the unit's business and academic operations internally.
• Oversee student and faculty program administration.
