Qualifications

• Active Certification in an APRN specialty.
• Ranked at Associate Professor or Full Professor.
• 5+ years of curricula development experience.
• 5+ years of faculty development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in academic administration.
• 5+ years of experience in CCNE or COA accreditation.
• Experience with different modalities for instructional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the design and implementation of curricula.
• Guide faculty in developing courses and learning experiences.
• Ensure integration of evidence-based practice and instructional innovation.
• Supervise curriculum operations and maintain compliance.
• Lead periodic program review and evaluation.
• Coordinate faculty onboarding and professional development.
