Job summary

Red Nucleus is seeking an Associate Consultant to help pharma clients navigate pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization challenges across global markets. You’ll join a collaborative team, conduct research, analyze data, and build evidence-based recommendations that shape client strategy.

Depending on experience, you may lead workstreams and coach junior team members. Position available in Boston MA, with hybrid work options, and potential to expand to other US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2-5 years consulting experience in a Life Science firm.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, and healthcare landscapes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify findings, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support project workstreams with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Contribute to primary research design and client materials.
• Ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables through QC.
• Engage with clients and present analyses and recommendations.
