Job summary

Reynolds & Rowella, LLP is seeking an OAS Associate to join a growing outsourced accounting practice in Ridgefield, CT. The role blends accounting work with client service, reporting, and advisory exposure, offering mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work in a hybrid schedule (2 days on site) with exposure to diverse clients across industries, focusing on accurate accounting operations, reporting, payroll, and technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting or outsourced accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide client accounting and financial reporting support with supervision.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and client reports.
• Support cash flow budgeting and financial analysis initiatives.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Assist with payroll tracking and tax-related filings.
• Maintain reconciliations for financial accounts and balance sheets.
