Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission or pending admission.

• Interest in financial services, lending programs, and creditor's rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in SBA loan closings and conventional lending transactions.
• Research SBA regulations, SOP compliance, and federal lending programs.
• Support regulatory compliance matters, including eligibility determinations.
• Participate in loan workouts, servicing, and liquidation strategies.
• Assist with creditors’ rights, bankruptcy proceedings, and litigation filings.
• Draft transactional documents, memoranda, and filings; communicate with clients.
