• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters.
• Strong drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related litigation documents.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and appearing in courts/arbitrations.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitration.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysis.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with trial and hearing preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise employers on employment law compliance and workplace risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's labor and employment practice on complex matters.
• Manage case files and litigation deadlines from inception through resolution.
