Job summary

Jobot seeks a California-licensed attorney for the Student Services and Disabilities practice to join our Am Law 200 firm with a strong culture and platform to expand your practice.

You will handle defense matters in education settings, including Title IX, 504/Disabilities, and OCR interactions, with 2–5+ years of experience. Hybrid schedules and substantial growth opportunities are offered.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• CA licensed attorney with 2–5+ years in defense-focused practice.
• Experience in Student Services, Disabilities, or Special Education preferred.
• Litigation experience with OAH, CDE, OCR or related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in student services and disabilities matters.
• Litigate and manage interactions with education agencies and OCR.
• Collaborate with school districts and county offices on defense strategies.
