Kosmos, a boutique California-based Plaintiff civil litigation firm in San Francisco, seeks an Associate Attorney with 0–5 years of experience for a hybrid role. You will engage in legal research, writing, and client interactions while supporting case management through all litigation stages and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires active California Bar license in good standing.
• 0–5 years of legal experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with clients.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda.
• Support case handling through all litigation phases, from pre-litigation to trial and post-resolution tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, experts and vendors for case strategy and updates.
• Manage calendaring, deadlines, filings and document service, following firm procedures.
• Represent clients professionally and ethically in all communications and proceedings.
