Job summary

San Pasqual Fiduciary Trust Company in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an Assistant Trust Officer to join our Trust Professionals Team. This full-time role supports trust administration and estate-related matters with a focus on accuracy and compliance in a hybrid office/remote setup.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of trust-related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Local candidates are preferred, with regular office reporting in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 1 year of trust administration or related experience.
• Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Trust Officer to administer trusts per laws and governing instruments.
• On-board new trusts and review pre-acceptance materials.
• Establish and maintain client relationships with grantors and beneficiaries.
• Perform annual reviews of trusts and evaluate investment advisor performance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors to provide quality service.
