Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Basic executional capabilities and increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of equity securities, fixed income and asset‑backed securities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Team player with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Support a range of products/services and projects according to established systems and procedures, under general supervision.
• Administer defined procedures, analyses and report preparation, and resolve problems requiring investigation or research.
• Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity.
• Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support project implementation.
• Interpret data and contribute to recommendations for process improvement or launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms.
