Job summary

The West London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to lead the effective management of complex ASB cases across the borough, including responsibilities within housing stock.

You will respond to ASB affecting residents, support domestic abuse outcomes where required, take enforcement action when needed, and maintain accurate case records while working with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex ASB cases from initial investigation through to successful resolution and enforcement.
• Provide expert advice and support when working with vulnerable individuals, families and groups.
• Identify and respond effectively to risks associated with tenancy failure.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Take appropriate enforcement action in relation to breaches of tenancy, ASB and domestic abuse.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed in line with legislation, policies and good practice.
