Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Applications Engineer to act as a technical liaison between Automation Solutions and our customer network. The role focuses on pre-sales technical support, quoting, and developing non-standard solutions for conveyors and related accessories in a hybrid model across Wisconsin locations.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSME or engineering degree, have CAD experience (AutoCAD), strong Excel skills, and exposure to manufacturing drawings and ASME standards.

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent engineering degree required.
• Experience reading specifications, manufacturing drawings, and ASME/industry codes/standards is required.
• Strong Excel skills are essential for analysis and quoting.
• CAD experience with AutoCAD or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quoting process from RFP intake to proposal submission and cost estimates.
• Review customer requirements with Engineering/Manufacturing to select the right Regal Rexnord product.
• Prepare and reconcile Sales Order Digest and amendments; support technical review meetings.
• Ensure on-time delivery of accurate drawings, estimates, and proposals; travel up to 10%.
