Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java/JEE development with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Boot, Batch).
• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/JS/TS/Angular; REST/SOAP web services familiar.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex Java/EE apps and COTS.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and automation best practices.
• Serve as primary technical liaison for architecture decisions and performance.
• Collaborate with EA, product owners, Scrum masters, and QA teams.
• Guide microservices, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Lead incident resolution for critical production issues.
• Document technical specs and system configurations.
• Foster technical excellence and agile mindset within the team.
• Communicate concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
