Job summary

The Franklin County Auditor’s Office is seeking an Application Developer to join its IT team. This role develops web applications primarily in .NET and React, performs data transformation, and supports reporting and ETL processes for internal and external users.

The ideal candidate has experience with SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, ETL, XML, IIS administration, and modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, GraphQL, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management systems, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of application development experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develops web applications for internal and external use using .NET and React.
• Writes and tests server-side and client-side code; develops ETL procedures.
• Creates and maintains automated ETL procedures and web applications.
• Generates and analyzes reports from Microsoft SQL Server and other data sources.
• Maintains existing source code and deploys incremental improvements and bug fixes.
• Leads application support and troubleshooting as required.
• Analyzes data to assist business units with data quality.
