Z SUPPLY in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Planning team. The hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, offering a salary between $100,000 and $120,000 and close collaboration with the Director of Buying.

The ideal candidate will oversee seasonal buys, optimize inventory levels, and translate sales insights into merchandising opportunities, while maintaining high data integrity and cross-functional coordination.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant apparel buying experience (wholesale brand experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with Full Circle ERP preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute seasonal and annual buying strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Own inventory buys for multiple categories and divisions.
• Analyze sales, inventory, market trends, and customer demand to guide purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal business reports with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, planning, and leadership to provide data-driven insights.
• Manage purchase orders, replenishment strategies, and inventory flow with high accuracy.
• Monitor open-to-buy budgets and help achieve financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and forecasting.
• Attend industry events to identify trends and partnership opportunities.
