Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics, electrical, and communication system integration
• Knowledge of systems engineering design concepts, principles, and techniques
• Experience with engineering change and configuration management
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints, schematics, and engineering documentation

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate avionics and electrical systems across multiple aircraft platforms
• Perform system-level design, detailed electrical design, and aircraft installation design
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into practical engineering specifications and integration solutions
• Research and evaluate potential technical solutions to meet program objectives
• Develop and improve avionics system designs with emphasis on functionality, safety, reliability
• Apply systems engineering principles to solve complex aviation challenges
