A leading aviation project management firm is seeking an Aircraft Integrated Project Manager to oversee aircraft modification programs from start to finish. In this hybrid role, you will ensure high-performing, compliant aircraft by managing project schedules, budgets, and external vendors, requiring over 5 years of relevant experience, especially with Bombardier and Textron platforms. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and is proficient in Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mission-specific aircraft.
• Strong preference for Bombardier and Textron platforms.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (AS9100).

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft modification and integration projects.
• Partner with Production team during modification phases.
• Orchestrate ground and flight testing phases.
• Author technical specifications, SOWs, and purchase orders.
• Build and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Manage external vendors and technical service providers.
• Design and implement new tools and workflows.
