Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences or technology strategy (consulting preferred).
• Advanced degree required: PhD (life sciences/quant) or MBA; MS combinations considered.
• Experience leading large-scale tech-enabled/digital transformation in life sciences/biotech.
• Experience with agile delivery in complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy development for AI- and automation-enabled research.
• Translate external innovations into roadmap options for leadership.
• Identify cross-initiative dependencies and manage strategic tensions.
• Advance strategy for Research transformation and Labs of Tomorrow.
• Prepare governance narratives and support decision-making with leadership.
