Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking an AI Integration Solution Owner to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities across SAP and Microsoft ecosystems in West Palm Beach. You will lead integration of SAP BTP/Joule, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, partnering with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture to deliver AI-driven value.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on integration or software engineering experience, with AI solutions.
Proven SAP BTP, Joule, and Copilot Studio experience.
Experience with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Strong REST/OData, OAuth 2.0, and enterprise identity management practices.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI integrations on SAP BTP and Joule across ERP and HR modules.
Develop and operationalize Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and workflows for enterprise use cases.
Institute governance, data protection, and security controls for AI deployments.
Collaborate with SAP, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver AI value.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and observability for AI artifacts.
