Job summary

Canopy, a fast-growing SaaS company in Draper, Utah, is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product initiatives in a hybrid role (M/W/F in-office). You will partner with design and engineering to champion the customer, ship high-impact features, and drive fast, data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, AI fluency, cross-functional leadership, and experience with agile development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to conduct unbiased user research and develop loved products.
• Experience building cross-functional product strategy with engineering, sales, CS, and marketing.
• Builder mentality: shipped products end-to-end.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to lead in AI-first environments.
• Experience with 3rd-party integrations.
• Transparent communication and service-like influence.
• Passion for analyzing product usage data.
• Experience with agile development.
• Design-centered product development experience.
• Technical knowledge of microservice platforms.
• Humor, empathy, confidence, humility.
• Willingness to perform onsite user research; travel 2–3 times/year.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering to champion the customer's perspective and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape product experiences and vision.
• Gather feedback from users, PMs, designers, engineers, sales, support, and marketing.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
• Perform daily user research with highly involved customers.
• Deliver data-driven decisions while upholding Canopy culture.
