Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Senior Enterprise Platforms & AI Systems Engineer to drive strategic initiatives across Google Workspace, MS365, and FedRAMP environments. You will lead AI-enabled collaboration projects and architect integrations with enterprise applications, reporting to the Collaboration Solutions Manager in IT Digital Employee Experience.

The role requires leadership in security-focused cloud platforms, cross-team collaboration, and a drive to innovate within Gemini for Enterprise and Claude

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting experience.
• Proven track record in agentic development, including the ability to configure custom data connectors, manage API integrations, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing identity and access governance (IAM) within high-impact FedRAMP-authorized environments, including scripting for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the strategic vision for Google Workspace and MS365, aligning with organizational goals and FedRAMP compliance.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions, including email, collaboration tools, and security features.
• Automate management tasks for user and group objects within MS365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Lucid in FedRAMP environments.
• Develop and drive the strategic vision for the AI-powered collaboration ecosystem, managing end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for Gemini for Enterprise and Claude Co-Work platforms.
• Lead the technical implementation and architectural integration of AI platforms with enterprise applications, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
