Honeywell is seeking a leader to shape connected technology strategy with a strong AI focus. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across AI, engineering, and product teams to define and prioritize AI-enabled connected offerings for semiconductor applications.

You will own market analysis, customer insights, and go-to-market plans, while guiding the lifecycle of offerings from concept to market. Relocation support may be considered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of offering management or connected technology strategy development.
• 3+ years of experience on AI-enabled products or solutions.
• Experience turning concepts into implemented roadmaps.
• 3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams (AI, data science, engineering, product).
• 3+ years in new product development with hardware and software exposure.
• 2+ years of software revenue model experience (subscription/ARR).
• Experience applying AI to improve processes or products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute connected strategy and AI-focused roadmap.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams to define offerings.
• Lead market analysis and customer insights for AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on strategy, development, and go-to-market.
• Manage lifecycle of connected offerings ensuring timely delivery and relevance.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify and develop connected solutions for the semiconductor industry.
