Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Analyst for a hybrid contract in Newark, DE. You will work with IT, business, and technology partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and serving as a facilitator between business and IT, ensuring project success while guiding the team to self-organization and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Working experience with agile tools like JIRA.
• Good time management with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels in the organization.
• Experience in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization.
• Fluent in technology and knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of requirements and business processes.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups.
• Serve as a facilitator between Business and development partners to understand needs.
• Guide the team to be self-organized, remove impediments, and resolve issues.
• Lead other IT project work based on changing project demands; assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency.
