Job summary

Creation Technologies in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Quote Specialist 2 to support the Aerospace & Defense ITAR division, coordinating material costing, labor estimation, BOM analysis, data formatting and pricing development for timely, accurate proposals.

You will validate inputs, assess costs, manage risks, and work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet customer requirements. This hybrid role requires onsite days at one of our U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of experience in distribution, procurement, or supply chain.
• Preferred background in the semiconductor or electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer data packages including engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Validate cost inputs, material pricing, and labor estimates for quote readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to develop accurate and competitive quote responses.
• Lead scope calls to clarify requirements and drive quote completeness.
• Ensure ITAR and Commercial policies compliance based on project type.
• Maintain quote accuracy and timely submissions.
