Job summary

Creation Technologies in Denver, CO is seeking a Quote Specialist 2 to support the Aerospace & Defense (ITAR) quoting process. This role coordinates material costing, labor estimation, BOM analysis, data formatting, and pricing development to deliver complete proposals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in distribution, procurement, or supply chain, with strong Excel and cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a preference for aerospace projects. Hybrid onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distribution, procurement, or supply chain.
• Preferred: semiconductor or electronics industry background.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer data packages including engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Validate cost inputs, material pricing, and labor estimates for quote readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to assess feasibility and sourcing needs.
• Lead scope calls to clarify requirements and drive quote completeness.
• Ensure ITAR/commercial policy compliance.
• Maintain timely and accurate quote submissions.
