Responsibilities

• 1-year hybrid program - 80% clinical duties and 20% advanced training
• Dedicated mentor to support transition into private practice and career development
• Participate in overreads and readouts to bolster clinical skill and confidence
• Access to custom-tailored curriculum with 700+ hours of case-based & micro-learning courses
• Balanced schedule with clinical responsibilities Mon-Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, one day per week for fellowship activities; no nights, 12 weekends per year
• Optional moonlighting for broader experience and income potential
• Signing bonus available after completion of fellowship
• Two-year partner track, fellowship year counting as one year toward partnership
• 10 weeks of vacation
