Medality, a physician-owned radiology practice serving Central Minnesota, invites applications for an Advanced Imaging Fellowship. The 1-year hybrid program allocates 80% clinical duties and 20% advanced training, with case-based learning and live readouts under supervision.

The role offers a signing bonus, a two-year partner track, and four weeks of vacation. Typical duties include weekday clinical work with monthly weekend call, and participation in conferences and radiologist readouts.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid 1-year program - 80% clinical duties and 20% on advanced training
• Focus on procedural excellence with direct supervision and live readouts throughout the program
• Partnership with Medality offering 700+ hours of case-based & micro-learning courses, with fellowship year counted toward partnership
• Cases staffed with assigned radiologists overreading and clinical conference participation with attending radiologists
• Clinical duties Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5:30PM (except reserved academic time). Call duties include at least 1 weekend per month with supervision
• Two-year partner track, fellowship year counting as one year toward partnership
• 4 weeks vacation

Job Title: Advanced Imaging Fellowship

Full-service, physician-owned radiology practice of 20, serving Central Minnesota for over 50 years. We are technologically forward-thinking, offering state-of-the-art PACS, tele-networking, and voice recognition. Anchored in a ~500-bed Level II Trauma Center, with outreach to 12 additional sites.

Fellowship experience:

• 1-year hybrid program - 80% of time spent on clinical duties and 20% on advanced training
• Focus on procedural excellence with direct supervision and live readouts throughout the program
• Partnership with Medality offering 700+ hours of case-based & micro-learning courses, with fellowship year credited to partnership track
• Cases staffed with assigned radiologists overreading and clinical conference participation with attending radiologists
• Clinical duties commensurate with group shareholders: Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5:30PM (except reserved academic time). Call duties included at least 1 weekend/month with supervision
• Competitive salary double the national average PGY6 and a signing bonus
