Job summary

We are seeking an actuarial internship at Cambia Health Solutions for a twelve-week program beginning May/June 2027. The position offers a hybrid arrangement, with in-office days required for those within commuting distance of a Cambia office.

Remotely located or nonlocal candidates may be considered for highly qualified applicants. Interns will support the Actuarial Division with technical, analytical, and reporting tasks, contributing to the company’s risk and financial positions and strategic

Qualifications

Candidates must be working towards a degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, or other similar majors and are making progress towards passing at least one actuarial exam.
Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate grade point average
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and statistical analysis, database creation and management
Experience working with large datasets
Experience utilizing generative AI tools and resources in area of expertise preferred.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program through spring 2027
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
