Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of underlying theory and effects of assumptions used in product development and maintenance. Knowledge of health insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction for pricing, rate filings and designs for all lines of business.
• Coordinates development of annual required rate filings for ACA and Medicare.
• Coordinates risk adjustment analysis and accrual development.
• Oversees analysis, forecasting, and reporting of claims experience and trends, both in aggregate and components.
• Develops budget projection inputs and analysis for facility, physician, and provider reimbursement structures.
