Bon Secours in Richmond, VA is seeking a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program Supervisor to lead operations of the CPE Program. The role requires collaboration with chaplains to fulfil spiritual and emotional needs while providing professional development support to CPE students.

This hybrid position allows flexibility to work virtually and onsite at St. Mary's Hospital as needed. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies and have at least 4 years experience as a Chaplain.

Qualifications

• ACPE Certified Educator or Certified Educator Candidate required.
• 4 years of progressive experience as a Chaplain required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
