Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
• B.S./B.A. in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental or Physical Sciences, or Physics.
• Experience with sound level measurement and meteorological equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9613-2 sound modeling software (CadnaA, SoundPLAN).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management and mentor junior staff.
• Assist with community sound level measurement programs and meteorological data collection.
• Conduct data analysis, shadow flicker analyses for wind turbines, and sound level modeling.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Occasional fieldwork and overnight travel.
