CDK Global, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst - Accounting to provide frontline support for CDK Accounting solutions. This hybrid role requires commuting to CDK offices in Austin, TX, Hoffman Estates, IL, Portland, OR, or Blue Ash, OH.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email; document work in a ticketing system; troubleshoot issues; mentor teammates; and stay up to date with product changes. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years in user support or implementation within a technical or field service org.
• Experience with CDK Accounting solutions and workflows is required.
• Strong customer service experience, via phone and in person.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Proven ability to lead by example and drive positive change.

• Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, e-mail, and online ticket.
• Documents work via a ticketing system, sets resolution timelines, and updates customers.
• Troubleshoots issues with technical knowledge to reach timely resolutions.
• Directs customers through complex issue resolution and escalates when needed.
• Mentors teammates to strengthen product/process knowledge.
• Participates in training and stays current with evolving tech and processes.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
