Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Accounting department from our Wisconsin office. The role is hybrid—three weeks onsite and one week remote—requiring strong technical accounting expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

You will supervise staff, Drive month-end close, reconcile balances, and support external audits while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading daily accounting operations and teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, GL, and fixed assets.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
