Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead global financial consolidation and reporting under US GAAP, partnering with global teams and driving the monthly close in a matrixed organization. This hybrid role requires strong technical accounting and systems aptitude, with weekly in-office presence at Downers Grove HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA.
• Public accounting experience.
• 7 years progressive accounting experience, including experience managing people.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support technical accounting initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive continuous improvements across close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the financial reporting and consolidation team.
• Build relationships with finance and business leaders to identify issues and deliver solutions.
