Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting, financial reporting, or financial audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related compliance.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate draft reviews of SEC filings with stakeholders and auditors.
• Help ensure accuracy of earnings releases and investor materials.
• Develop department process documentation and support month-end close.
