Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably within insurance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting research.
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
