Emergent Staffing, based in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to own daily accounting operations, including close, reporting, AP, reconciliations, and related activities for a precise finance function.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with occasional office visits and direct exposure to senior finance leadership, plus a path to leadership roles such as Director of Accounting or Controller, with equity participation tied to long-term success.

Competenze

• Active CPA license (not necessarily CA-registered).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or manufacturing environment experience.
• Hands-on in monthly close and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and GL activity.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and monthly management reports.
• Oversee AP, vendor payments, invoicing, and daily accounting activities.
• Lead accounting staff and review others’ work.
