Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education.
• Interest in building a career in accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills.
• Clear and professional written and oral communication.
• Cash handling experience.
• Experience with customer databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accounts payable processes.
• Manage purchasing card program.
• Enter, track, and deposit cash and checks.
• Withdraw cash from bank; handle per diems and change funds.
• Account for credit card deposits.
• Assist with boutique inventory management.
• Prepare and submit journal entries.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
