Job summary

BPM LLP is seeking an Accounting Advisory Supervisor to lead complex engagements, strengthen client financial operations, and improve reporting processes. You will perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities, while producing GAAP-compliant financial reports and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field.
• CPA license or eligibility preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accrual accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and relationship management; coach Associates; draft memos.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and add client value.
• Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms (QB, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
