Qualifications

• 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• English language proficiency in both spoken and written form.
• Knowledge of GAAP and its application in financial statements.
• Understanding of budget and project accounting principles.
• Experience with financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage accounts payables and vendor relations.
• Prepare and file quarterly vendor reporting; process journal entries.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist year-end close.
• Coordinate with auditors and support tax return preparation.
• Administer corporate credit card program and vendor onboarding.
