Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of accounting rules and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and inquiry skills for financial statements and filings.
• Effective communication with management and collaboration with colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay coachable.
• Fixed Assets knowledge/experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced accounting activities with attention to detail and data analysis.
• Work on semi-structured assignments based on established practices and guidelines.
• Compile ad hoc accounting reports and analyses for business partners.
• Assist with internal and external audits and month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes.
• Support managers and team members on various projects and analyses.
• Prioritize and reprioritize work deliverables based on changing business needs.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
