Job summary

VML, a global creative company within WPP, seeks an Account Director to lead the Ford Pro digital experience. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and safeguard scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital, you’ll partner with Strategy, Creative, UX, and Analytics to drive planning and site optimization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of account management, project management, or client services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Ford Pro digital experience account, ensuring deliverables are tracked and timelines met.
• Coordinate across creative, strategy, UX/UI, technical, and analytics teams to keep workstreams moving.
• Maintain visibility into active projects, priorities, and deadlines across Ford Pro workstreams.
• Support intake of new requests, ensuring proper scoping and prioritization.
• Prepare status reports, timelines, and meeting recaps for internal and client meetings.
• Track deliverables against Scope & Workstreams and flag risks early.
