Job summary

Hotchkiss Insurance seeks a detail-oriented professional to support Account Managers by handling policies, endorsements, renewals, and rating. You will contribute to billing, COI issuance, and client service across the book of business.

The role includes updating systems, staying informed on procedures, and documenting all activities. Hybrid work setup begins after training period, with in-office days in Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Acquiring state licensing, once hired.
• Passion and dedication for continued learning.
• Foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team.
• Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations.
• Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed.
• Stay informed of company and industry procedures.
• Regularly document all activities and correspondence.
