Job summary

UC Davis Health requires an experienced professional to lead the implementation of academic programs, curriculum, degree requirements, policy, and faculty governance across School of Nursing programs. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert, guiding documentation, communications, and downstream systems to ensure accreditation readiness and smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience / training.
• Experience supporting accreditation and audit readiness activities, documenting and monitoring compliance to reduce operational risk.
• Advanced knowledge of health professions education policies, governance, and approval processes across programs.
• Advanced knowledge of program administration, curriculum requirements, and governance-related actions.
• Strong ability to assess issues, identify risks, and develop effective solutions for program quality and consistency.
• Ability to lead complex processes and systems for academic program operations, documentation, and cross-program coordination.
• Advanced project management to lead multiple high-complexity initiatives with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong written communication to convey policy and procedural requirements to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to influence program actions across units.
• Independent judgment to manage broad-scope work and recommend improvements in governance and implementation strategy.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage records, audit-ready documentation, and multiple workstreams.
• Experience with data management and reporting to monitor progress and inform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Academic Program Alignment, Policy Liaison, and governance activities across School of Nursing programs.
• Support Faculty Governance and Academic Operations with documentation and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive Academic Program Continuous Improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Participate in team activities and provide cross-functional support across units.
