• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accreditation and audit readiness.
• Advanced knowledge of policies and governance in health professions education.
• Ability to lead complex program operations across multiple programs.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Develop and improve processes and documentation.
• Independent judgment and strategic thinking.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
