Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin seeks a motivated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a high-performing team in an academic-private hybrid model. You will mentor residents and contribute to a vibrant educational environment while maintaining robust clinical activity.

The role offers involvement in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, TMJ procedures and facial trauma, with ample operative experience and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited OMS residency.
• Board certified or board eligible (ABOMS).
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical/dental licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar, implants, orthognathic, TMJ and facial trauma procedures.
• Supervise residents in clinic and operating room settings to support education and patient care.
• Participate in academic activities and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
