Job summary

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking an Academic Body Radiologist to join its multidisciplinary radiology team in Washington, DC. The position offers a protected academic day, teaching opportunities, and a hybrid schedule with on-site and remote shifts.

The role requires board certification or eligibility in radiology, fellowship training in Body/Cross-sectional Radiology, and Maryland/DC/VA licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Body/Cross sectional Radiology.
• Able to obtain medical licensure in MD/DC/VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic radiology services within a tertiary academic medical center.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows.
• Contribute to research and scholarly activities.
• Participate in hybrid scheduling with on-site and remote shifts.
• Support subspecialized imaging programs and clinical services.
